Angle Bar

Angle Bar

Angle bar is a structural stainless steel profile with an L-shaped cross-section, produced by hot rolling or cold forming to ASTM A276 / EN 10088-3 leg dimensions and thickness tolerances, in 304L and 316L grades etc. 304L angle bar, with its lower carbon content, resists weld-decay sensitization and is well suited to welded structural framing; 316L adds molybdenum-driven corrosion resistance for angle bar used in marine or chemical-exposed structures. It is commonly used in construction framing, equipment supports, architectural structures and general fabrication where a corrosion-resistant profile must also carry structural load. Angle bar can be supplied in equal-leg or unequal-leg configurations, in multiple leg sizes and thicknesses, to match project specifications and applicable construction standards.

Coil

Coil

Stainless steel coil is a continuous strip wound into roll form, manufactured through hot rolling or cold rolling to ASTM A240 specifications in 304, 316L and 321 grades etc. Our coils are engineered to meet demanding performance requirements such as corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance and excellent formability, supplied as hot-rolled coil (HRC), cold-rolled coil (CRC) or slit coil to customer-specified widths. 304 coil supports general manufacturing; 316L is selected for marine and chemical-processing environments where chloride exposure is a concern; 321 is used where sustained high-temperature stability is required. These materials are widely used in aerospace, chemical processing, energy production, marine engineering, automotive manufacturing and precision equipment fabrication, serving as a fundamental semi-finished input for downstream forming and fabrication.

Sheet

Sheet

Stainless steel sheet is a flat-rolled product supplied in 304, 316L and 321 grades etc., produced in both hot-rolled and cold-rolled conditions to ASTM A240 / EN 10088-2 specifications. Surface finishes include 2B (standard cold-rolled), No.4 (brushed) and BA (bright annealed), with thickness ranges and cut-to-size service available depending on grade and order volume. Depending on grade selection, sheet can perform reliably from general structural fabrication through to high-temperature, high-pressure or corrosive service conditions. 304 sheet covers general-purpose fabrication; 316L offers added molybdenum-driven corrosion resistance for marine, chemical and food-grade environments; 321 is titanium-stabilized for elevated-temperature applications such as exhaust and furnace components. Widely used in aerospace, chemical processing, marine engineering, energy systems and food processing, stainless steel sheet serves as a fundamental raw material for cutting, forming, welding and precision fabrication.

Channel

Channel

Channel is a structural stainless steel profile with a U-shaped cross-section, formed by hot rolling or cold forming to consistent flange and web dimensions, supplied to ASTM A276 / EN 10088-3 in 304 and 316L grades etc. 304 channel offers a strong combination of structural rigidity, corrosion resistance and fabrication flexibility for general structural frameworks; 316L channel is selected where chloride exposure in marine or chemical-processing environments requires added corrosion resistance. It is widely used in construction, machinery frames, equipment supports and general structural fabrication where a corrosion-resistant profile is needed alongside standard structural shapes. Channel sections are available in various sizes and thicknesses, supplied to meet structural and industrial project specifications.

Wire & Wire Rod

Wire & Wire Rod

Stainless steel wire and wire rod are coiled long products used for drawing, forming and component manufacturing. Wire rod is semi-finished coiled feedstock for subsequent drawing, while finished wire has already been drawn, annealed or surface-conditioned for the next production step. HydroPlatide Metals supplies stainless steel wire from Ø0.1 to Ø14 mm and wire rod or coiled rod from Ø5 to Ø145 mm, subject to grade, supply condition and order confirmation. The range supports fasteners, cold-formed components, springs, welding consumables, wire mesh, cables and precision-engineered parts. Before quotation, buyers should specify the grade, applicable product standard, diameter and tolerance, mechanical-property condition, surface finish, coating or lubrication, coil dimensions and inspection requirements. Bright and pickled surface conditions are available according to the product form and downstream process. Straightened and cut round bar should be specified separately under the Round Bar product category.

Custom Shapes

Custom Shapes

Custom shaped stainless steel profiles and sections are produced against your drawing when a round or standard section does not fit the part. Near-net profiles can reduce machining time, scrap and per-part cost compared with cutting a standard section down. Profiles can be supplied in agreed cut lengths. Cross-section, dimensions, tolerances, edge condition, straightness, material condition and inspection requirements are reviewed against the drawing before quotation. Tooling, trial quantity and production route are confirmed during inquiry. Common profile families include flat, D-section, wedge, keystone and asymmetric sections in 304, 316L, 321, 2205 and 17-4PH, with material condition matched to the forming or machining route. HydroPlatide Metals reviews custom cross-sections for precision machinery, sealing, filtration, automotive and electronics applications. Send the drawing, grade, length, quantity and inspection requirements for feasibility and tooling review.

Procurement Workflow

From product form to shipment control

The product page should help buyers move from a shape requirement to a clear purchase specification.

01

Define product form

Start with coil, sheet, bar, profile or wire rod so dimensions, tolerances and packaging can be controlled.

02

Confirm grade and standard

Match ASTM, EN, GB, JIS or UNS requirements before quotation to avoid later equivalence mistakes.

03

Review finish and condition

Surface, heat treatment, delivery condition and certificate requirements are checked before production.

04

Control inspection and shipment

Inspection, documents, packing and export logistics are coordinated as part of the supply plan.

RFQ Checklist
